Our grass fed lamb is ethically raised and comes from locally in Western Australia. This is an amazingly succulent and tender cut, renowned for its rich flavour and presentable appearance when served. Traditionally it is roasted whole or cut into cutlets.
Pork Belly is from the lower Belly region where the Spare Ribs are retained, contributing more succulence to the finished cut. With its unique interlayers of meat, this cut provides an amazing flavour profile when slow roasted or pan fried. The rind can be retained and knife scored to produe crackling
A boneless loin cut that is always a great steak to serve family and friends. This cut is also known as “sirloin” steak. Perfect for steak lovers, can be grilled, pan fried or cooked on the BBQ. Best cooked medium rare and allowed to rest prior to serving.
